Who operates the service
DuoTap LLC designs and operates NoteBox and this website. Business and privacy inquiries may be sent to admin@duotap.app.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of content you enter or upload to NoteBox. DuoTap LLC and its service providers process that content only to provide features you request, maintain security and reliability, and comply with applicable law.
Saving is record-only
Saving a Note does not automatically send it to an AI provider. Perspectives require a deliberate request, reviewed Context, the required permissions, and a separate Generate action.
No sale of private content
DuoTap LLC does not sell private NoteBox content or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Note content is not used as behavioral analytics data.
Website communications
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide so we can respond. Please do not send private Note content, passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, or API keys.
Data requests
Use available in-app controls for export or account deletion. We may need to verify identity before processing an account-specific request. Limited operational records may be retained when necessary for security, transaction integrity, or legal compliance.
